Unveiling My Professional Journey:
10 Captivating Facts About Me

Escalera de color rosa

I was born in Havana in the final days of 1992 🌴.

As a child, I was always full of energy and restlessness, and my parents and family were endlessly patient with me. 😅

Although I had always felt more comfortable studying literature when the time came to choose a university degree, I decided to pursue engineering.

I anticipated struggling with math, but to my surprise, I ended up falling in love with it. 🧮❤️

I dedicated five years to training as an Industrial Engineer, a degree that opened doors to various professional fields. During my studies, I became captivated by subjects such as information systems, databases, programming, process management, statistics, ergonomics, and industrial safety 🦺.

After gaining one year of work experience as a Business Analyst in a foreign-trade company in Havana, I made the decision to pursue a master's degree abroad, and Spain 💃🏻 became my chosen destination.

Thanks to my academic achievements and the research projects I conducted on ergonomics and industrial safety during my time at university, I was awarded a scholarship through the Talent Attraction Program at the University of Jaén. 🎖️

I arrived in Spain equipped with a master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention and 101 dreams. The experience taught me a great deal about the subject, thanks to the exceptional faculty and a university environment that felt like home. 🛬

However, I soon discovered that my true professional passion lies in digital transformation and its connection to business process management. With this newfound realization, I applied for another scholarship program to pursue a Master's in Economic and Business Analysis. 💡

This time, I found my opportunity through the AUIP platform, which supported me in achieving my goal at the University of Málaga through its postgraduate scholarship programs. 🏆

After countless hours dedicated to mathematics, statistics, econometrics, data analysis, business analysis, programming, and much more, I finally landed my first job in Spain, working for a renowned Big Four company. 👨‍💻
